When you register as a private patient at Wood Lane Dentistry, your children receive full dental care under NHS terms at no cost to you, from their very first visit through to their 18th birthday.

- After graduating: A warm welcome as a private patient, with access to our Denplan payment plan to spread costs

Yes. The NHS children's benefit is available to children of our paying private patients. Once you register as a private patient, your children can be registered at the same time and will be seen under NHS terms at no cost.
Their free NHS entitlement as a dependent ends at 18. However, if they go on to university and are 19 in full-time education, we offer dental care at NHS charge rates. After graduating, we welcome them as private patients in their own right.
We recommend a first visit as soon as the first tooth appears, or around their first birthday. Early visits are relaxed and low-key, but they help children build a positive relationship with the dentist from the start.
